Happy Dairy-free Pancake Day

Delicious Dairy-free Pancakes 

Why not cook up some simple and delicious chocolate dairy-free pancakes…

Time to bake

Mix together 180grams of flour into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of baking powder then add a sprinkle of salt.

Then pour in 300ml of soya milk and 2 tablespoons of oil, stir, whisk until it becomes a smooth batter.

Prepare the frying pan by adding a little oil, then pour in a scoop of batter mixture from the bowl. Fry the pancake for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.


Place the pancake on a plate and scoop out a tablespoon of dairy-free chocolate spread and spread it across the whole pancake.

Then from the corner start rolling the whole pancake together.

Why not add a little extra by grating some dairy-free chocolate on the top!

Time to serve.
